Dyene is an online store for sarees, blouses, lehengas and accessories, operated by proprietor Krishna Deo. All references to "we", "us" or "our" refer to Dyene.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, other accounts, or any systems connected to it.
We try to describe and display our products, including colours, fabric and sizing, as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to handloom weaving, hand embroidery, dyeing processes, or differences in screen display — these are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects.
All prices on the website are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed. Payment must be completed in full through one of our accepted payment methods before an order is processed.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 3–4 working days. A next-day priority delivery option is available at checkout for an additional charge. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed; Dyene is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dyene shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any product, beyond the value of the order in question.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of this website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
