Please read this policy carefully — it explains exactly when a return is accepted and how refunds are processed.
Because sarees, blouses and lehengas are handled individually and many are handcrafted, we only accept returns for products that are genuinely defective or damaged on arrival — for example, a manufacturing fault, a damaged weave, or an item that does not match the product ordered. We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or minor natural variations in colour, print or embroidery that are typical of handloom and hand-finished textiles.
Any defective item must be reported to us within 15 days of the product being received. Please email us at mkd3759@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photographs of the issue. Requests raised after 15 days from delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
Once a defective item is approved for return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and its defect confirmed. Once approved, refunds are typically credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact, aside from the defect being reported.
This Return & Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
